Two Founders

Nicole Ruccolo & Michael Ruccolo

Michael and Nicole are entrepreneurs and investors in Los Altos Hills, California but Ruccolo Home holds a special place in their hearts. This entire business started when Micheal’s dad asked him to oversee an apartment remodel.

For each project, Nicole would be by his side and provide renter and buyer data that would help him rent or sell the properties he was working on. From identifying the right buyer type to recommending better room flow and property features that should be highlighted or added.
